Returns/Exchanges

How do I return something I bought online?

  • For a full refund on your order, mail it back to us with original invoice within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please mail to:

  • We can only offer refunds for unwashed and unworn items in the original packaging with original invoice.
  • Important Notes: Items received outside of the 14 day period will be returned without a refund.
  • At this time we do not provide free shipping on returns.

When will my refund for a return be processed?

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival to our warehouse.
  • Online refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show. You will receive an email from us confirming your return.

I purchased some shoes that I would like to return, but I don’t have the original box, how do I return them?

  • All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping package. Any damage to the original shoe box will result in a 15% lower refund.

How do I return something I bought in store?

  • Come in during our store hours to return any item for in store credit or exchange within 10 days of original purchase.
  • We can only offer refunds for unwashed and unworn items with tags and receipt.

How do I exchange an item if I purchased it online?

  • With the nature of our store, we cannot guarantee an exchange by the time we receive your return. If you would like a different color, size, or different item, please purchase the correct item before returning the original.

I received an item and it was damaged, how do I get a replacement?

  • All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for free return shipping and a refund or replacement.
  • Please provide a photo and description of the damage on the product in an email to contact@shopnestboutique.com with the subject:
    Order #_ _ _ _ _ _ DAMAGED

Can I return something I bought on sale?

  • All sale items are final sale. Sale items received will be returned without a refund.
  • This does not include items on sale for promotional events.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free for all US residents for purchases over $50
  • For residents in Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories for purchases under $50, shipping is $10. Shipping is free for all other US residents.
  • Please contact us if you need rush or overnight shipping.
  • Shipping to Canada is $30
  • International shipping excluding Canada is $65
  • Nest is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or custom fees. Your international order will ship out with duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect duties and/or taxes. Additionally, we cannot determine what the charges may be if any. We recommend you contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies before placing an order.

Can I pick up my online order at your physical store?

  • If you live near our store and would like to pickup your online order, please call us at 801.446.1616 to let us know and we will prepare your order to be ready for you within 24 hours.

When will my order be delivered?

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order.
  • Once your order has been processed, most US orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days

My tracking number says my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.What do I need to do to get?

  • If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please call your local post office first. They should be able to check the final GPS scan to locate where your package should have ended up.
  • USPS prefers to speak with the package recipient first as it is your personal property, but we are more than happy to provide them with additional information to try to find your package.

How can I cancel an order I just made?

  • Please call us as soon as possible at 801-446-1616 during store hours and we will adjust your order as needed.
